Jason Lee, a 38 year old Wall Street banker, was acquitted Wednesday in Riverhead on rapernand related charges accusing him of forcing a 20 year old woman to have sex with him in an EastrnHampton rental in August.  Lee, of TriBeCa, who served as one of thousands of managingrndirectors at Goldman Sachs, was indicted on charges he raped an Irish national who was in thernUnited States working during the summer.  He pleaded not guilty to one count of first degreernrape, sexual misconduct and third degree assault.  Lee faced 5 to 25 years in prison ifrnconvicted of rape, the most serious charge.rn
