He attended college in Colorado. He has operated a microbrew pub in thepast and uses on-line services regularly. CAUTION Richard Walters Jensen, Jr. is alleged to have repeatedly molested a 10-year-old boy in theLaJolla area of San Diego, California. It is alleged that the crimes occurred between 1992 and 1993after Jensen befriended the boy's single mother and often babysat the boy. A state arrest warrant was issued on November 1, 1993 by the Municipal Court, San Diego,California Judicial District, charging Jensen with 14 counts of lewd acts upon a child. Jensen wassubsequently charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution in a federal arrest warrant issuedin the Southern District of California.
