JOLIET MAN IS INDICTED IN INTERNET CHILD PORN RING

David Vaksdale, 30, was indicted late Wednesday by a Will County grand jury on nine counts of child pornography.  Federal and Will County authorities allege he is part of an international child pornography ring that operates on the Internet.  If Vaksdal is convicted, he faces 4 to 15

years in prison.  Three of the charges are that Vaksdal allegedly videotaped two young girls depicted in poses involving lewd exhibition of naked body parts.  The other charges are that Vaksdal allegedly possessed with the intent to disseminate photos or other visual

reproductions of graphic images of children engaged in sex acts with each other and with adults.  He was being held in Will County Jail on a $1 million bond after being indicted on two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse of two young girls.
