50 year old Journey drummer Deen Castronovo faces new charges of rape and other crimes afterbeing indicted by a grand jury in Salem, Oregon, on Monday.  He had first been arrested June14 on misdemeanor assault and menacing, then released on bail and ordered to stay away from theaccuser.  Castronov disobeyed by having contact with the woman last weekend and Monday,leading to three charges of contempt of court.  He faces felony charges of assault, sexualabuse and unlawful use of a dangerous weapon, which was a knife he carried on June 13.
