JURY CONVICTS MAN OF SEX ACT
Donnell E. Thomas, a 23 year old Huntington Station man, was convicted by a Suffolk jury of sexually assaulting a young child, but acquitted him of other charges. He was convicted of first degree criminal sex act and endangering the welfare of a child. Thomas will be sentenced May 29. The crime is a B violent felony, punishable by a maximum prison term of five to 25 years in prison.
