KENTUCKY COUPLE CHARGED WITH CHILD SEX CRIMES

LIVINGSTON CO., KY (WSIL) -- Two people face multiple charges for sex crimes against a juvenile.
Kentucky State Police arrested Paxton L. Faulkner Yates, 31, and Christina L. Faulkner Yates, 39, of Hampton, on Wednesday.
Investigators say Paxton Faulkner Yates admitted to having sexual contact with victim multiple times. He also took photos and video of the acts.
He's in the McCracken County jail on the following preliminary charges:
• Incest-forcible compulsion/incapable of consent or under 18 years of age
• Use of a minor under 18 years of age in a sexual performance
• Possession/viewing matter portraying sexual performance by a minor.
• Rape
Christina Faulkner Yates told authorities she also recorded video and photos of the sexual encounters and sent them to her husband. She is facing the following charges:
• Incest-forcible compulsion/incapable of consent or under 18 years of age
• Use of a minor under 18 years of age in a sexual performance
• Possession/viewing matter portraying sexual performance by a minor.
• Distribution of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor.
Kentucky State Police continue to investigate.
