Dave Wagley, III, a 49 year old registered sex offender and Centerville resident, is facingfelony charges after investigators found child pornography at his home.  The Cyber Crimes Unitwith the Texas Attorney General's office discovered the Wagley illegally uploaded images of childpornography to the Internet.  Wagley was convicted in New York in 1999 for distributing childpornography.  He faces four third degree felony counts for possessing child pornography. Each of those charges carry a punishment of 10 years and a $10,000 fine if found guilty.
