MAN ACCUSED OF RAPING 96 YEAR OLD PATIENT

PFMLIT General, NURSING HOME EMPLOYEES, SEX OFFENDERS AND OTHERS IN POSITIONS OF TRUST

Daniel Dequoy, 32, a nursing home employee was arraigned today for allegedly raping a 96 year old woman who lives at the home.  Dequoy was charged with aggravated felonious sexual assault in connection with the rape of a resident of the Integrated Health Services of New Hampshire.  The nursing assistant faces a maximum of 7 1/2 to 15 years in prison.  Dequoy was ordered held in the Hillsborough County Jail on $10,000 bail.  His next court appearance is scheduled for March 21st.
