MAN ARRESTED, CHARGED WITH CHILD SEX ABUSE
William Fred Weekley, a 38 year old Florence man accused of sexually abusing a 10 year old girl, was arrested Friday afternoon after he was indicted by a Lauderdale County grand jury on first degree child abuse charges. He was being held in the Lauderdale County Detention Center on Friday night with bail set at $100,000. The victim is described as being one of Weekley's distant relatives.
