Eric Sesack, a 31 year old Syosset man, who was arrested last year for promoting sexualperformance by a child and served 6 months in jail has been arrested again on similar charges.Sesack, of 73 Circle Drive, was arrested February 3 after detectives discovered well over 100images on his computer of children under the age of 16 performing sex acts. Sesack sentpornographic images to an Internet chat room user who was an undercover detective in Keene, NewHampshire and an investigation began January 9. The detective notified Nassau police and afterobtaining a warrant last month, Nassau detectives found the child pornography on his computerJanuary 29. He has been charged with possession of a sex performance by a child, a felony. He didnot immediately make bail, set at $150,000. If convicted, he faces a maximum of 4 years in prison.On February 7, 2003, Sesack was arrested by state police for promoting sexual performance by achild in Suffolk County, serving 6 months in jail.
