Heather Whitten, a 38 year old teacher at Williams Intermediate School in Alabama andmarried mother of three, has been charged with raping a student under the age of 16. Thevictim was aged between 12 and 16 years of age. She is charged with second degree rape andreleased on $5,000 bond.
