MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS ABUSED

PFMLIT General, SEX OFFENDERS AND OTHERS IN POSITIONS OF TRUST, TEACHERS SCHOOL STAFF

Christopher Fisher, a 21 year old classroom aide at IS 22, and Geraldine Malave, a 33 year old math teacher at CS 339, were busted yesterday and charged with sexually abusing their 13 year old middle school students.  Fisher is charged with rape and sodomy in the second degree for allegedly having sex with a 13 year old female student.  Malave was arrested for exchanging sexually explicit e-mails and maintaining relations with a 13 year old boy.
