MIRA LOMA MAN ARRESTED FOR SEXUALLY ASSAULTING 11-YEAR-OLD RUNAWAY

Erik Dean Boettcher, a 34 year old Mira Loma man, was arrested Tuesday for sexuallyassaulting an 11 year old female runaway in Riverside.  The girl was picked up on a roadway onFriday shortly after running away from home.  Boettcher allegedly drove the girl to anuninhabited area and sexually assaulted her, then took her to a Corona motel where he allegedlygave her drugs and further sexually assaulted her.  On Saturday, the girl was dropped off in aRiverside parking lot, and she walked to a police station where she reported the incident.
