MUSCOY PASTOR IN COURT CHARGED WITH SEXUAL MOLESTATION, CHILD ABUSE

Stephen Howard, a 54 year old longtime pastor in San Bernardino County, is accused ofsexually abusing children he met in his own church.  He made his first court appearance Mondayto answer the sexual molestation and child abuse charges that date back more than a decade. He allegedly paid his victims for sex.  According to sheriff’s detectives, Howardsexually abused at least two victims, a 14 year old boy and a 23 year old man, both of whom Howardapparently met while at church.  He is charged with lewd acts on a child under 14, oralcopulation with a child and sodomy with a child.
