NASSAU COPS ARREST PENNSYLVANIA MAN IN CYBERSEX STING

Jeffrey Lackman, a 49 year old Pennsylvania man, was arrested December 1 in Levittown after arranging to meet who he thought was a 14 year old boy there for sex.  Lackman, of 206 Kleyona Avenue, Phoenixville, thought he was communicating with a 14 year old boy when he was actually talking to Det. John McGee, of Nassau's Crimes Against Property squad, who had been monitoring various Web sites.  Lackman is charged with attempted first degree dissemination of indecent material to a minor and third degree attempted engagement in a criminal sex act.  He was arraigned and is being held on bail of $40,000 bond or $20,000 cash.  He is due back in Nassau County Court on December 6.
