NEW JERSEY GIRL TO SUE HIGH SCHOOL OVER WRESTLE ‘PERVS’

A teenage girl who claims five members of her high school's wrestling team sexually assaulted her has filed notice that she and her parents plan to sue her New Jersey school district for $1 million.  The claim blasts Roxbury High School for failing to provide adequate security by allowing teens unsupervised access to the locker room where the assault allegedly took place.  The five teens have been charged with delinquency in the assault.  The girl alleges that six members of the team held her in their locker room for over and hour, threatened her and forced her to perform oral sex on one of them.  The ttens say she performed the act willingly.  The teens are charged with acts of delinquency that would constitute the crimes of conspiracy, criminal restraint and sexual assault if committed by an adult.  Three of the teens are also charged with an act of delinquency that would equal the adult crime of luring, according to the county prosecutor's office.
