NEW JERSEY KID-PORN PROBE NAILS 11
Eleven Passaic County men were arrested Wednesday or Thursday and their computers confiscated as part of a federal investigation of a Belarus-based Internet child-porn provider. The arrests were the third of New Jersey subscribers to Regpay, which made some $7 million with 50 Web sites that sold sexual images of prepubescent kids and underage teens before being shut down in January 2004.
