Mohamed Elzamzamy, a 23 year old Long Island man, is accused of exposing himself online to aSomerset County detective posing as an 11-year-old girl. He has been charged withsecond-degree attempted sexual assault and the attempted endangerment of a child's welfare.
Bail was set at $20,000.
