Dirk Walker Monseur, Jr., a 34 year old convicted sex offender in Charlotte has beenarrested for violating the terms of North Carolina state sex offender laws after he was found to beassisting a team of 6-8 year olds.  He was arrested on felony charges of violating sexoffender laws for being in contact with children. Monseur isn't a parent of any of the players onthe team, re reportedly is in a relationship with the mother of three of the team's young athletesand was volunteering to help with the team.
