NORTH CAROLINA WOMAN BUSTED FOR RUNNING BABYSITTING SERVICE WHILE LIVING WITH SEX OFFENDER BOYFRIEND

Police say Yvonne Monroe, a 52 year old North Carolina woman, let her sex offenderboyfriend, Theodore Brazell, a registered sex offender and former police chief, live with her whileshe ran a babysitting service out of her home.  Brazell, 56, was convicted in 2006 on threecounts of indecent liberties with a minor.  The victim was 14 years old.  He was theformer police chief of Southern Shores in Dare County, NC.  Monroe is charged with operating ababysitting service in the home of a sex offender.  Brazell remains behind bars on $17,000bond for failing to change his address on the sex offender registry.
