A 13 year old girl missing since January 11 was rescued and an ex-convict was arrested after a man found a handwritten note she had dropped a half-mile from her home in Dresden, Germany.  The scrap of paper had HELP, HELP scrawled on it in brighter red letters.  The note had the address where she was being held and the name of her kidnapper.  A spokesman for city prosecutors said, From what we can tell so far, he kept her in a crate for a while with a gag in her mouth, which he ten bound shut.  The unnamed suspect was charged with sexually assaulting a minor and kidnapping.
