Arthur Roldan, an off-duty police officer, was arrested for rape, menacing and assault forattacking a woman in a Staten Island parking lot. It is believed he raped her at gunpoint. The woman reported the incident Tuesday evening and Roldan, who has been on the force for sixyears, was taken into custody yesterday morning.  According to the Post's sources, the victimwas his girlfriend, while the Daily News reports that she was an ex-girlfriend.
