Victor Arias, a 33 year old convicted sex offender, picked the wrong house to break into when he stole a bike from the home of one of the city's top prosecutors.  Arias is wanted for the rapes of an 11-year-old girl and a 35-year-old woman.  He stole a bicycle from the Queens home of Gregory Lasak, the DA's executive assistant for major crimes, early Sunday morning.  Lasak was awakened by his barking dog and spotted Arias pedaling away and gave chase in his car.  He drove around his neighborhood for 15 minutes before spotting and confronting Arias.  The 35-year-old rape victim, who was attacked during a burglary last October, identified Arias.  DNA and other evidence link him to the assault on the 11-year-old victim.
