Police: Bronx teacher arrested for touching 10-year-old girl’s breast

A Bronx teacher has been arrested on sex abuse and forcible touching charges, according to police.

Police say 48-year-old PS 70 teacher Norman Dunkley touched a 10-year-old girl's breast and showed the girl, who is reportedly a student of Dunkley's, a picture of a naked woman.

Officers add that three more girls have made allegations against Dunkley.

In a statement, the Department of Education responded in part, "This alleged behavior is absolutely unacceptable. The safety and wellbeing of our students is our top priority. This employee was removed from the school and students and we will work with the NYPD as they investigate. If convicted, we will move to terminate him."

Dunkley is charged with sex abuse, forcible touching, endangering the welfare of an incompetent person and harassment.
