Brelon Small, a 34 year old transvestite sex offender, is wanted for failing to register bythe Polk County Sheriff's Special Victims detectives.  SVU detectives obtained a warrant forSmall after being notified that he had vacated his residence at 1215 US Highway 17/92 North (Lot5A), in Davenport several weeks ago without providing his new address to the Florida Department ofMotor Vehicles.  Small is a registered sex offender due to a 2006 conviction for lewd andlascivious acts upon a child.  He is currently out on bond from a previous arrest in Novemberfor failure to register as a sex offender.  He changes his appearance regularly and has usedthe following aliases: Bieosha Small; Lashay Small; Bonnie O'Neal' Andrew Washington and AndreaWashington.  He is described as a black male or female, 5'8 and 175 pounds.  If you haveany information on the whereabouts of Small, you are urged to contact Detective Doug Tanner at863-298-6200, ext. 1266.
