PRINCIPAL BEATS GIRL-MOLEST RAP

Frank Mobilo, a 47 year old principal of a Passaic County middle school, was acquitted yesterdayof molesting a 13 year old girl in 2003 during a Jet game at the Meadowlands and on the ride homein his mini-van. He would have faced up to 6 1/2 years in prison if convicted of criminal sexualcontact and child endangerment. The girl testified that he touched her thigh several times, twicebrushed his arm against her breasts and, in the car, made her touch him, causing her to wipe herhand on her jeans.
