Jonathan Jackson, 27, of Valley Stream, and Michael Garcia, 28, of Rockville Centre, were arrested after police officers saw them leaving a hotel with two intoxicated and visibly shaken underage girls.  Nassau County cops were at the Courtesy Hotel in Hempstead at 10 p.m. Saturday night on an unrelated medical call when they observed one of the men and the two girls exiting an elevator.  The teens appeared to be underage and intoxicated and one was crying, prompting the officers to ask questions.  After a brief investigation, both Jackson and Garcia were arrested.  They were charged with statutory rape and sodomy for sexually abusing the 16 year old.  The two high school girls were acquainted with Garcia, who introduced them to Jackson.  Both men had prior arrest records.
