Victor Dennis, a 54 year old registered sex offender, has been arrested for endangering thewelfare of a child after he allegedly kissed two underage girls at a party in West Babylon lastmonth.  The two victims, ages 10 and 11, reported to police that Dennis inappropriately kissedthem multiple time while attending a party in July.  A subsequent investigation revealedDennis had moved from his registered address and failed to report the change.  Dennis isrequired to register as a sex offender after being convicted of sexually abusing a six year oldgirl in 1995.  He is charged with two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and onecount of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.
