CAUTION

Alfaro Francisco Reyes is wanted for violating his parole after being convicted in August of1992 for committing a

lewd act upon a child under the age of fourteen in San Diego County,California.

While serving time in the California prison system in April of 1998, Reyes wasparoled from prison and deported to Mexico.

However, Reyes later returned to the United States.

Then in August of 1999, he was arrested in Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, foralleged indecent exposure with an eight-year-old child.

Reyes was inadvertently released on bond and his whereabouts remain unknown.

Reyes was subsequently charged in Tarrant County, Texas, with child molestationand six felony warrants were issued for his arrest.

Additionally in September of 1999, the State of California Board of Prison Terms suspendedReyes' parole,

and a state warrant was issued for his arrest. Reyes was also charged withunlawful flight to avoid confinement in a federal arrest warrant,

which was issued in April of 2000, by the United States District Court, SouthernDistrict of California.
