Ryan Cargill, a 28 year old youthful-looking East Patchogue man, was sentenced Friday to 14years in prison for posing as a teenager on Facebook, meeting pre-teenaged girls and rapingthem.　 He admitted to raping two girls when he pleaded guilty in October to three counts offirst degree rape, one count of second degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child.　The judge sentenced Cargill to prison and 20 years of post-release supervision after that as partof the plea deal.　 He will be registered as a sex offender after he gets out of prison.
