SCHOOL BUS DRIVER PLEADS NO CONTEST TO GIVING GIRL PORN (Girl Caught Talking On Phone To Man)

PFMLIT BUS DRIVER, General, SEX OFFENDERS AND OTHERS IN POSITIONS OF TRUST

Samuel Russo, a 64 year old former Collier County school bus driver, pleaded no contest to giving a pornographic movie to a 10 year old girl on his bus and trying to persuade her and a friend to engage in sexual activity.  He entered the plea Monday without an agreement with the prosecutor about what the sentence will be.  He faces a maximum of five years in prison on each of the two felonies and a minimum of about a year in county jail.  Russo resigned from his job December 18.  Sentencing is set for September 20.
