On July 27, 2012, A-nari Taylor was playing with her cousin, 4-year-old Brandon Minceyoutside an apartment complex in Miami, when David Moore walked up to the pair and screamed: Godtold me to take Him (Brandon), God told me he's coming with me.  When he reportedly startedpulling Brandon, A-nari sprang into action.  I had to chop and kick him so could let Brandongo, she said.  Moore had been charged with attempted kidnapping and false imprisonment.
