SEX FIEND ARRAIGNED IN ATTACK ON BOYS

Timothy Felton, a 31 year old violent ex-convict, allegedly lured two young boys into a Queens park where he attacked them after asking for directions and promising gifts.  He allegedly fondled the 11 and 13 year old boys in a secluded area of MacNeil Park in College Point on Monday afternoon.  When he promised them money, the boys returned the next day, and the suspect abused the younger boy in a bathroom while the other boy guarded the door.  Felton was released from prison in February 2004 after serving 11 years in prison for an armed robbery in Brooklyn in 1993.  He was also convicted of sodomy in Brooklyn in 1989. He was arraigned on charges of sexual abuse and criminal sexual act.
