SEX SUSPECT KILLS TRIAL WITNESS: COPS
Joseph Stacy, 76, walked into the Port Jervis Auto Mall and began firing a handgun at Michael Walter, 43, of Westfall, Pa., hitting him twice and killing him. Walter was to testify Wednesday in Pa. court about sexual-abuse charges against Stacy. He is accused of molesting Walter's 6 and 8 year old daughters last August.
