SHOCK AT SEX ATTACK IN HOME FOR KIDS

PFMLIT COUNSELOR, General, JUVENILE OFFENDERS, SEX OFFENDERS AND OTHERS IN POSITIONS OF TRUST

Jason Brown, a 29 year old counselor at a Westchester home for troubled kids and Elliot Perryman, a 16 year old resident, were arrested for allegedly sodomizing a younger boy with a broomstick.  Brown allegedly held down the 14 year old boy while Perryman attacked the victim with a wooden stick for five to 10 minutes.  The attack occurred Thursday night in the shower room of a cottage at the Children's Village in Dobbs Ferry, where Brown worked and the teens lived.  The pair are being held in jail on $50,000 bail, charged with first-degree aggravated sexual assault.  The victim was treated and released from St. Joseph's Medical Center on Friday.
