SPECIAL AGENT IN CHARGE (SAC) GREGORY JONES, FBI ATLANTA, ANNOUNCES THE FOLLOWING ARREST CONDUCTED BY ITS SAFE CHILD TASK FORCE

PFMLIT ALABAMA, CHILD PORNOGRAPHY, General, GEORGIA, GOOD POLICING CATCHES SEX OFFENDERS AND OTHERS, INTERNET OFFENDER CASES, MECHANIC, MINNESOTA, PAINT SALES REPRESENTATIVE, SALESPERSON, SEX OFFENDERS AND OTHERS IN POSITIONS OF TRUST

Roger Carruthers, a 43 year old mechanic residing in Lagrange, Georgia, was arrested Thursday evening, August 10, 2006, on federal charges related to the receipt and distribution of child pornography.  The arrest was conducted by the FBI in conjunction with the Clayton County Sheriff's Office, along with the Gwinnet County Sheriff's Office, the Fulton County Police Department and the Lagrange Police Department.
