STATE KIDDIE-ID CARDS WILL HELP FIND MISSING CHILDREN

Governor Pataki announced the new voluntary program yesterday, saying the Safe Child ID Cards would give law-enforcement an immediate leg up when a child goes missing by providing crucial identifying information.
