STATEN ISLAND PERV ATTACKS VISITING KID: COPS
Garth Decohen, 48, was charged with sexual abuse after an 8 year old girl visiting relatives at a Staten Island housing complex was sexually assaulted in the courtyard over the weekend by him. The girl told cops that Decohen, of 265 Mill Road, touched her upper torso, kissed her cheek and tried to push her face into his groin.
