SUPREME COURT BEGINS HEARING CHILD PORNOGRAPHY CASE
The Supreme Court of Canada has begun hearing a two-day appeal of a 66 year old Robin Sharpe's acquittal for possessing child pornography.
He was charged under the criminal code in 1995 after police and customs agents seized photos of nude boys and collections of lewd short stories he had written.
