Janmattie Singh, a 22 year old female English teacher at Richmond Hill HighSchool in Queens, was arrested yesterday for having sex with a 15 year old boy as part of athree-on-one sex romp.  Singh is charged with statutory rape and other charges stemming fromthe January 23 encounter with the boy and his two 18 year old relatives.  She pleaded notguilty and was released on bail.
