TEACHER GUILTY OF STUDENT SEX

PFMLIT General, SENTENCING, SEX OFFENDERS AND OTHERS IN POSITIONS OF TRUST, TEACHERS SCHOOL STAFF

Harold Flickinger, a 37 year old former high school teacher, has pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of sexual misconduct involving a teenage student.  He was sentenced Tuesday to six years' probation.  Flickinger, of Salina, was arrested in June and charged with felony third degree sodomy and misdemeanor charges of third degree sexual abuse and first degree unlawfully dealing with a child.
