TEACHING ASSISTANT FACES PORN CHARGES

Timothy Holt, a 44 year old third grade teaching assistant at a Merrick school, faces felonycharges after New York State Police investigators found pornographic video and images of childrenon his computer. Holt, of Baldwin, worked at the Birch Elementary School in Merrick. Hewas arrested and charged with nine counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child, a Class Efelony.
