‘TERROR COP’ IN GIRL-MOLEST BUST

Sgt. Paul Helbock, a 43 year old New York Police Department sergeant assigned to the jointterrorism task force, has been charged with sexually abusing a 12 year old female acquaintancewhile off-duty in Westchester County. He sexually abused the girl in her Cortlandt home on May 20.He was charged with first-degree sexual abuse and faces up to seven years in prison ifconvicted.
