UK WON’T EXTRADITE SEX OFFENDER ACCUSED OF RAPING, MOLESTING GIRLS IN US

Shawn Sullivan, 43, is accused of molesting two girls and raping a third in the 1990s inMinnesota. Sullivan fled the US and eventually ended up in London, where authorities caughtup with him two years ago. Britain's High Court blocked a US bid to extradite Sullivan saying thestate's restrictive treatment program for sex offenders was too draconian.
