UNKNOWN SUSPECT – ANDOVER – 20040001 (693)      

Case Details:
Suspect was in a local gift shop acting suspicious and appeared to be shoplifting. When storeclerks went over to see what he was doing they observed the suspect to have an erect penis and heappeared to be masturbating. Suspect did not appear to be upset that he was caught. Suspect fledthe store down a side street and possibly getting into a dark colored Volkswagon Jetta withbluish-white plates which could be Connecticut.

He was described as a white male, approx. 35 yrs old, 6 feet tall, 180-200 lbs., dark brownspiked/gelled hair, wearing a bulky red jacket and blue wind pants with yellow lettering navydown the side.
