On July 24th, 2002, at 9:30 p.m. the victim was walking home from a friend’s residence inthe area of Monte Vista Street and Avenue 56. The suspect approached the victim and forced her intohis vehicle. The suspect handcuffed the victim and identified himself as a police officer. Thesuspect drove the victim to the Mount Washington area. The suspect took the victim’s moneyand attempted to sexually assault her. The victim managed to free herself and bit the suspect. Thevictim was released unharmed.
