In the first step toward deporting immigrants convicted of a range of sex crimes, many against children, twenty-one were arrested by federal agents in a roundup throughout Westchester yesterday.  Nineteen of them were arrested as they reported to probation officers for offenses including rape, sodomy, sexual abuse and assault.  A team of Immigrations and Customs Enforcement agents swept through Yonkers, White Plains, New Rochelle, Mount Kisco and Peekskill.  With convictions for felonies such as rape and attempted rape against children as young as 7, the offenders, seven of whom were here legally, could all be deported.  ICE agents delivered the cons to a detention facility in Passaic County, New Jersey, pending either imminent deportation or hearings before an immigration judge.
