’50 VICTIMS’ OF NASCAR ‘PERV’

Richard Chip Williams, a 48 year old former NASCAR publicist, is charged with raping a 14 year old girl he met on the Internet when she was 11 and soliciting a minor for sex over the Internet.  The girl who allegedly had a lengthy sexual relationship with Williams told authorities he claimed to have victimized more than 50 children across the country.
