BRONX RAPE SUSPECT NABBED, FATHER OF 3 IS ACCUSED IN KIDDIE SEX ASSAULTS

Rayshawn Aikens, 26, was caught cowering beneath a child's bed and charged yesterday as avicious sex attacker who raped three 12 year old girls and one young woman in the Bronx, policesaid. The auto mechanic, a father of three girls, bolted when cops rang the doorbell at hismother's Staten Island house, leading them on a furious 10 minute foot chase through Grymes Hill.Cops chased him into a stranger's apartment, and grabbed him in a child's room. Aikens is alsosuspected in the attempted rapes of two other girls. All the attacks occurred within the last monthand all the victims were choked unconscious. Detectives suspect Aikens is connected to additionalsexual attacks in other boroughs and are asking victims to call (800)577-TIPS.
