FORMER SWIM COACH IN INDIANA PLEADS GUILTY TO CHILD PORNOGRAPHY CHARGES

Brian D. Hindson, 40, of Carmel, Indiana, pleaded guilty today in Indianapolisto eleven counts of production of child pornography, four counts of distribution of childpornography and one count of possession of child pornography.  Hindson's sentencing isscheduled for October 17, 2008.  As part of his plea agreement, he faces a sentence of between25 and 35 years in prison, a fine of $250,000 and a period of supervised release up to theremainder of his life following his release from prison.
